The 1st page of the charts is showing you which hands to shove yourself from any position when the action is folded to you, the 2nd and 3rd columns show you which hands you can call profitably vs those shoving ranges. Keep in mind that in general people don't shove as wide and don't call as wide vs shoves either, which means generally you can shove wider, but should call tighter then charts and equilibrium suggest. You can click on any spot on the 1st page to be taken to the HRC calculation which will show you the exact profitability in equilibrium so you can make your own adjustments. Once there, click on the logo and you will be taken back to the 1st page.
